• Fixed fatal error introduced in 1.0.1: Interface “Automattic\WooCommerce\Blocks\Integrations\IntegrationInterface” not found.
• Reverted the eager require_once of BlocksIntegration.php from bootstrap.php — the file is now loaded lazily by the autoloader, only when the WC Blocks integration is actually invoked.
• Added an interface_exists() guard before calling BlocksIntegration::bootstrap() so sites without WC Blocks degrade cleanly to classic-checkout-only support instead of fataling.

• Fixed fatal error on activation/load when WooCommerce is active: Class “Nahnu\SmartPhoneField\Integrations\BlocksIntegration” not found.
• Repaired the PSR-style autoloader path (it was duplicating the includes/ segment, which prevented any class not explicitly required from bootstrap.php from loading).
