- Install the Plugin on client websites you build and maintain
- Customize the Plugin’s settings including preferred countries and accent color as provided by the Plugin’s built-in options

- Collect phone numbers without the knowledge or consent of your customers
- Violate any applicable privacy law including GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations in your jurisdiction
- Build, distribute, or sell a competing plugin or service that incorporates our code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code beyond what is already accessible as a WordPress plugin
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer your license key to any third party
- Use your license key on more sites than permitted under your license tier
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass our licensing or validation systems
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our website or servers
3. Your Responsibilities as a Store Owner
When you use Smart Phone Field on a WooCommerce store, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your use of the Plugin complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Informing your customers about how their phone numbers are collected, stored, and used
- Maintaining an accurate privacy policy on your store that covers phone number collection
- Obtaining any required consents from your customers before collecting their phone data
- Securing the WooCommerce order data that contains phone numbers collected through the Plugin
We provide the Plugin as a tool. What you do with the data it collects is your responsibility, not ours.
4. No Unlawful Use
