This Privacy Policy explains how Nahnu Plugins (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating at smartphonefield.com, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or purchase Smart Phone Field.

We have built this site with privacy in mind. We use self-hosted, privacy-respecting tools wherever possible and we do not sell your data to anyone.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Give Us

When you make a purchase or contact us, we may collect:

• Billing information (processed by SureCart and Stripe — we do not store your card details)
• Your license key and purchase details
• Any information you include in support requests

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we collect anonymized analytics data to understand how our site is used. We use two self-hosted analytics tools:

Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that collects no personal data and sets no cookies. It records page views, referrers, and general device information in an aggregated, anonymous form. No data is sent to third-party servers. Your visit is never tracked across sites.

Matomo Analytics — a self-hosted analytics platform that we run on our own servers. Matomo may collect your IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages visited, and time on site. This data is stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties. You can opt out of Matomo tracking via the opt-out form below.

Neither analytics tool allows us to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your purchase and deliver your license key
• Send transactional emails such as purchase receipts and license details
• Respond to your support requests
• Send our newsletter if you have subscribed
• Understand how our website is used so we can improve it
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed here.

3. Email Communications

3.1 Transactional Emails

We use Postmark, a third-party email delivery service, to send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations, license keys, and support replies. Postmark receives your email address and name as necessary to deliver these messages. Postmark’s privacy policy is available at postmarkapp.com.

3.2 Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored in our self-hosted MailerPress installation running on our own servers. Your data is not shared with any third-party email marketing platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed through SureCart and Stripe. When you complete a purchase:

• SureCart handles the checkout flow and order management
• Stripe processes your payment securely

We do not store your credit card number or payment details. SureCart and Stripe have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle your payment data. We encourage you to review them at surecart.com and stripe.com.

5. The Smart Phone Field Plugin

Smart Phone Field is a WordPress plugin that your customers install on their own websites. When someone uses the plugin on a WooCommerce store:

• The plugin processes phone numbers entered at checkout
• Phone numbers are stored in the WooCommerce order data on the store owner’s server
• We have no access to the end customer data collected through the plugin on third-party sites

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only with the service providers listed in this policy (Postmark, SureCart, Stripe) and only to the extent necessary to operate our service. All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your purchase and account information for as long as needed to provide support and meet our legal obligations. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 24 months and is anonymized.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Our analytics and newsletter tools are self-hosted on secured servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by SureCart and Stripe, both of which maintain industry-standard security practices including PCI compliance.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date. If we make material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify newsletter subscribers by email.
