1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing smartphonefield.com or purchasing Smart Phone Field, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase this product.

Smart Phone Field is operated by Nahnu Plugins (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of the Smart Phone Field WordPress plugin (“the Plugin”).

2. The Plugin License

2.1 What You Get

When you purchase Smart Phone Field you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on an unlimited number of websites that you own or manage, including websites owned by your clients.

Your purchase includes:

  • Lifetime use of the Plugin including all future updates
  • One year of priority support from the date of purchase

2.2 After Year One

After your one-year support period expires, the Plugin continues to function on your sites indefinitely and you continue to receive all plugin updates. You will not receive priority support until you renew. Renewal pricing will be made available on our website.

2.3 What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Plugin or your license key to any third party
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Plugin
  • Use the Plugin to build a competing product or service
  • Share your license key publicly or allow unauthorized parties to use it

3. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through SureCart. By completing a purchase you also agree to SureCart’s terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change at any time. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for that transaction.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be honored.

5. Support

Support is provided for one year from the date of purchase. Support covers:

  • Installation and activation assistance
  • Bug reports and confirmed defects
  • Compatibility questions related to the Plugin’s documented features

Support does not cover:

  • Custom development or modifications to the Plugin
  • Third-party plugin or theme conflicts not caused by the Plugin
  • General WordPress or WooCommerce support unrelated to the Plugin

We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business days. Response times are not guaranteed.

6. Updates

We may release updates to the Plugin at our discretion to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. All customers with a valid purchase receive updates for life. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will be added or that any specific bug will be fixed within a particular timeframe.

We reserve the right to discontinue updates or support for the Plugin at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all code, documentation, and associated materials, is owned by Nahnu Plugins and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Plugin — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The Smart Phone Field name, logo, and associated branding are the property of Nahnu Plugins. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin and this website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nahnu Plugins disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments
  • Security or freedom from vulnerabilities

You use the Plugin at your own risk. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your website before installing or updating any plugin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nahnu Plugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Plugin or this website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nahnu Plugins and its owners, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Plugin, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Plugin integrates with WooCommerce. Your use of WooCommerce is governed by WooCommerce’s own terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WooCommerce or Automattic.

Purchases are processed through SureCart. We are not responsible for any issues arising from SureCart’s platform or payment processing.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Plugin or this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If we make material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws may also apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies linked from this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nahnu Plugins regarding your use of the Plugin and this website.
